Mr. Whitehead earned his Bachelors Degree from Michigan State University and received his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve Law School, where he was a Research Assistant contributing to Kevin C. McMunigal, Prosecution and Defense Function, Standards 3rd Edition. Mr. Whitehead, is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, finishing in the top third of bar examinees.
He gained corporate legal experience consulting for companies such as Cisco, Deloitte, and Black Box. In addition, he built criminal legal experience with Cuyahoga County Public Defenders. He was also an associate attorney for Kats Law, PLLC. As an attorney his legal experience includes reviewing contracts for some of largest banks and multi-national corporation in the world.
Today Mr. Whitehead fights for his clients, practicing criminal, family, civil rights, personal injury, entertainment, contracts, estate planning, and elder law. In his free time Mr. Whitehead enjoys working with Meals-On-Wheels, serving as a volunteer caddy for US Kids Golf Association, and serving as the vice-present of Emerald Sky Community Arts. He's enjoyed appearing on the Brenda Perrymen Talk Show, and volunteering as a caddy for US Kids Golf. In addition he is a member of Phi Beta Sigma, Inc. This year, Mr. Whitehead is proud to serve as the Chair of the International North American Film Fest.
